There is nothing like a creamy delicious sauce! The first time I made this Avocado Cilantro sauce was as a condiment to dress burgers. The next time was as a salad dressing. Then as a dipping sauce for roasted vegetables. And most recently I used this as a spread on my avocado toast- there is no such thing as too much avocado!
Six simple ingredients- avocado, cilantro, greek yogurt, lime, jalepeno and garlic. Blend it all together and you have a delicious smooth green goodness sauce!
Avocado Cilantro Green Goodness Sauce

Ingredients

- 1 avocado

- 1/4 cup yogurt (greek or plain yogurt)

- 1 lime

- 1 jalepeno

- 1 cup cilantro
- 2 cloves of garlic
Instructions

- Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor.

- Blend until smooth.
- Store in refrigerator for up to a week.
