Green, healthy, garlicky, charred broccoli! Eat as a side or add it to your salad, pasta or even on top of a pizza.
Servings: 4 servings
- 1 head broccoli cut to florets
- 4 cloves garlic finely minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp freshly crushed black pepper
- Salt to taste
Place the florets in an even layer on a baking sheet tray.
Add the olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper, so that the broccoli is well coated.
Broil on high, placing the baking tray the top rack for 3 minutes.
The broccoli should be slightly charred on the edges for that deep flavor.
